Return & Replacement Policy
While it’s rare for AAPN Fashion customers to receive damaged products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. To maintain trust and satisfaction, AAPN Fashion.com offers the option to return products that are damaged or incorrectly designed. In such cases, AAPN Fashion will provide a replacement. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it under the following conditions: –
- The return request is made within 3 days of the delivery date.
- All items being returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact and without any damage.
- If the item was provided with a complimentary promotional item, the complimentary item must also be returned.
- Refunds/replacements are subject to inspection by the AAPN Fashion team.
- Replacement is dependent on stock availability with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge are non-refundable.
Reasons for Returns & Replacements
- Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Size mismatch for clothing (Please note that this policy will only be activated if we send you clothing that does not match the size mentioned in the invoice. If the size on the invoice and the delivered item match, we will not reconsider a refund under any circumstances).
- Color mismatch for clothing.
- Wrongly printed clothing (front/back design mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design).
- Wrong product sent.
How to Return:
Contact AAPN Fashion Customer Care team by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once we pick up or receive your return, we will conduct a quality check of the product. If the reason for the return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with the refund.
Refund Policy
- The refund will be reused after we’ve completed assessing your return.
- relief is subject to the vacuity of stock with the supplier.However, you’ll admit a full refund, no questions asked, If the product is out of stock.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
- For payments made using Mobile Banking, you will receive a refund in your respective account.
- If an online payment is made once more due to a technical error, the payment refund will be made.
- You will receive a refund anytime between 3-7 working days. If you don’t receive the refund within this time, please write to us at [email protected], and we shall investigate.
